Lots of industry exhibits and time between seminars to visit. Like our magazine, these are business events. Visitors won’t find any cooking gear or hot tubs. We want only exhibitors that help growers with their crops!
Sponsorship opportunities are available to companies who want to make an extra big impression at the expos. Anyone who attends an expo witnesses the value of a sponsorship. Sign up soon so that we can start running your logo in all our promotions.
We have a loaded agenda of grape, nut and tree fruit industry and region specific topics that growers need to hear about to stay on the cutting edge of the their business.
At each expo, growers and PCAs get valuable continuing education credits to keep current with licensing requirements.
You can always count on great food prepared by the Malcolm Media cooking crew. Breakfast, lunch and beverages are free to all attendees.
Growers! Lots and lots of growers. We’re talking hundreds at each event. Hundreds of different growers at each event. We do not promote the expos outside of the industry, so you won’t have some backyard gardener or hoards of teens keeping you from doing business.
The last thing to know is... attendance is FREE to all industry friends! So, don't come alone, bring a co-worker, and tell all your friends. These expos are events you won't want to miss!
The following is a summary of our expo rules and regulations. Please read and understand them before submitting an expo contract. Please only sign up if you and your staff are willing and able to abide by them.
Indoor booth size is 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. Outdoor booth size is 20 feet by 20 feet. No part of the exhibit may extend beyond these dimensions. Be courteous. If you need more space, plan accordingly and buy more space. If your exhibit doesn’t fit, it will need to be modified until it does.
Tables, chairs, skirting, etc., must be arranged for by each exhibitor. DO NOT remove tables and chairs from other booth areas.
It is highly advisable to pick up your credentials on set-up day. Waiting until the morning of the show will most likely cause delay in getting to your booth due to the volume of attendees that need to be processed.
Set-up is the day BEFORE the show, from 1pm to 5pm.
There is no set-up on show day!
Exhibit hours are from 7am to 2pm on show day.
Breakdown is at the conclusion of the event from 2pm to 4pm. All exhibits must be removed by 4pm on show day. No exhibitor may begin dismantling prior to 2pm on the day of the show.
Exhibitors must submit proof of insurance to Malcolm Media prior to the event with combined single limits (CSL) coverage of not less than $500,000 per occurrence. The certificate of insurance must list Malcolm Media and the applicable fairgrounds (Citrus Fairgrounds, Mid State Fairgrounds, Fresno Fairgrounds or Stanislaus County Fairgrounds) as additional insured.
If your company is a frequent advertiser in American Vineyard Magazine or Pacific Nut Producer Magazine, please take the discount. We make our living selling advertising, not expo booths, and we just want to say thanks. If you don’t advertise in the industry’s leading magazines, you’re still welcome at the regular booth rate, or start advertising and you can get the discount as well.
